Have a question about your package or delivery?

You can track your package with the link sent via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipping to see tracking updates.

We offer milestone tracking, which means that when there hasn’t been an update for a few days, the package is travelling between tracking events - not stuck or sitting at a certain spot.

Please note that we only have access to the same tracking events that are available to you via the link provided. If you need assistance with your package or additional information, please contact your local shipping provider with your tracking number.

They will be best equipped to assist you! If you email us with shipping questions we will advise you to contact your shipping provider.

If you need to adjust your address or if you have accidentally ordered 2, connect with us at info@sunbabehair.com within 24 hours of placing an order. Please allow 1-2 business days for a Sunbabe to get in touch! :) Please note that we are only able to adjust orders within 24 hours of when the order is placed, as we are unable to make changes after the order has shipped.
