Have a question about your package or delivery?

Shipping updates on your order are available via the link provided in the shipping email. This email is sent automatically once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipping to see tracking updates.

We offer milestone tracking, which means that if there hasn’t been an update for a few days, the package is travelling between tracking events, not stuck or sitting at a certain spot.

Please note that we only have access to the same tracking events that are available to you via the link provided. If you need assistance with your package or additional information, we advise you to please contact your local shipping provider with your tracking number.

Didn't receive a purchase confirmation email?

Please check your promotions tab for your purchase confirmation. We are currently working to resolve this issue. 

Need to make an adjustment to your order?

If you need to adjust your address or if you have accidentally ordered more items than intended, please connect with us at contact@sunbabehair.com within 24 hours of placing an order.  Please allow 1-2 business days for a Sunbabe to get in touch.

Please note that we are only able to adjust orders within 24 hours of when the order is placed, as we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped. We are unable to change addresses once the order has shipped.
