Placed an order before you’re ready? We’re happy to help! Email us within 30 minutes of placing your order so that we may accommodate your cancelation. Please note we are currently unable to accept returns. We thank you for your understanding.  

Refunds

Due to the unique and personalized nature of hair pigments, results are highly variable per individual and we are unable to provide refunds for this reason. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
