What it is: A gentle-yet-effective hair lightener.
What it does: Our formula gradually lightens hair 2-3 shades for shimmery, natural-looking highlights. Blonde hair lightens and brightens, and dark hair reveals lighter caramel tones.

How to Use
1. On dry or damp hair, mist and comb through.
2. Get some casual sun or apply low heat with a blowdryer for 3-4 mins.
3. See visibly lighter results after 2-3 hours and full effect by the next day.
4. Wash out at your next shower.

Aqua, Vitamin C (lightening and collagen building), Elderberry Fruit Extract (natural de-brassing and toning), H2O2 (lightening), Lemon Fruit Extract (lightening and pH balancing), Hydrolyzed Jojoba Protein (repairing and strengthening), Grape Seed Extract (natural heat protecting and shine enhancing), Glycerin (moisturizing), Ext. Violet 2 (toning), PEG-12 Dimethicone (provides slip for even distribution), Disodium EDTA (enhances absorption and stability), Disodium Phosphate and Phosphoric Acid (pH balancing), Parfum (subtle and refreshing).

How long does it last?
Results will stay light. Whenever you lighten hair, whether at the salon or with Sunbabe, it’s permanent because pigment is lifted from hair to create a lighter shade. Sunbabe lightens gradually over a few uses, so results are in your control. Continue use to lighten up to 3 shades!
How do you compare to other brands?
There are key differences between us and other brands. Sunbabe includes violet pigment to counteracts brassiness. Sunbabe Solar Hair Lightener is also slightly stronger and includes quality ingredients that support your hair during lightening. We omit ingredients commonly found in other methods of lightening, including alcohol, parabens, sulphates, phthalates, metallic salts, aluminum and ammonia. We are also proudly 100% cruelty free, vegan and made in Canada.
Will it damage my hair?
Our formula acts as a gentler alternative to conventional hair bleach. Sunbabe lightens hair gradually to avoid stressing out strands and is buildable over a few uses to avoid going too light too quickly.

Yes, Sunbabe will lift the dye from your hair to help to achieve a lighter shade.
What if it's bleached?
Yes, Sunbabe safely and effectively lightens bleached hair. Both bleached and natural strands will lighten 2-3 shades over a few uses.

I have stopped highlighting my hair and only use this. I am a medium blonde naturally and wanted to go back to a more natural look. This product is perfection on my hair. I spray more around my face for a brighter look and then a bit on other areas for a natural highlighted look. I use it once a month or so. It will be a staple in my cabinet for years to come. Finally a hair regime that is simple, works well and is relatively cheap for how long it lasts.

I took it on vacation and everyone keeps asking who does my color - in a good-jealous way. (I've never colored my hair - its literally just Sunbabe)
Used two bottles within a year. I used the method of using a hair dryer as I did both during the winter time so the sun wasn’t really an option haha and I went from a level 3 (very dark brown almost black looking) to a 7 at my ends with level 6 as my main colour a natural ’ highlighted tones were level 7. With the help of my hairdresser as well my once nearly black hair was able to turn into a beautiful chocolate brown balayage using this product !
